hello wideland fans, i would like to get a tournament going, if there would be enough players out there. maybe we could create 2er or 3er teams, or organize something like 1vs1 then 2vs2 and 3vs3, teams building according to the 1 vs1 results or something like that? the game improved a lot to 2 years ago, when i was active on that site and i think we could end up haveing lots of fun! so please write in case you are interested, i would definitely enjoy it! so long...whytrytofly, when you have seafaring Edited: 2014-04-09, 18:18

Hey! This time I would like to participate with the tournament There are some maps for team plays. Some of them are a bit fast, some - long games. Which do you prefer? einstein13

Awesome idea! I would join in again. whytrytofly, if you want to make news announcements, just send me PM with the desired text (ideally already in the markup that is used in the Wiki or the forums) and I'll post it. Also adding dates to the timeline I can do.

I would join too! I could also provide you with a bracket (1vs1 double elimination, but you can modify it) or try to help you with questions (I organized the WLTournamentTwentyThirteen and 2010). I would be courious about playing in teams, because we never did this in a tournament. But it depends on the number of players. I think there will be some more after having a date and after a news post.

I guess that we can make a great game one day. But at first you have to defined which version of Widelands will be in use (official 18 build?).
