I understand that developers cannot deal with every problem BUT the barrier to entry should be lower for new users/developers e.g. there should be a debug version on launchpad. It is more efficient to compile a debug version once and upload it. I too do NOT have the time to compile every program I want to test. Thanks. And, again, keep up the good work. Nasenbaer, while I am waiting for my source code download I tried to start a "Together we are strong" in scenario mode, again failed. I opened this map the other way and found a habour symbol north west of my headquarter (Player1) Great! I cannot build a habour. Is this normal? Top Quote |

I have added the following to http://wl.widelands.org/wiki/DownloadPage/ Unofficial development Builds PPS. As of Nov 21st 2011 there are only Release builds on launchpad. To use the Debug window (F6) please compile Widelands in debug mode. Compile.sh will kindly ask you for this option. Top Quote |
