Just a question, I'm currently playing the recent unstable build, and stuff like coal, ores and stone now obey the limits you set in the economy options which is probably useful in certain situations. Is there any way to set a value to infinity to not obey any rules and keep producing? Failing that is there any way of either manually entering a number or incrementing the number step increments when increasing or decreasing the values with the buttons? Also is it possible to turn messages off for mines you know are empty but are continuing to mine, and also for woodcutters who sometimes can't find a tree even though a forester is in range? a way to set a value to infinity in the configure economy would certainly be useful. the only way right now is to keep clicking to an arbitrarily high number. A few trunks ago, if (economy don't need food), the extra food was used to mine even if (economy doesn't need ores) too, and i liked it that way better. As for turning off messages, I already proposed the same. we'll see if someone will want to program that. Top Quote |

Could you please make sure that we have bug reports for both issues? I think they are good suggestions. Busy indexing nil values Top Quote |

Even if there was just an extra button added to the UI to add 100 per click it would make it a non issue. 1 increments you have to hold the button down for an extremely long time to even get a few hundred of something, but at least you can multi select wares. But the infinity option would be better, just make zero infinity/off, done. The messages are a minor annoyance, would be great if each building had a mute button, it still gives you the message but it goes straight to the archive. If it hasn't been suggested before I will add it to the bug tracker. Edited: 2015-10-09, 17:45
