I now have 5 wl builds installed, and I wanted to delete a couple of the older ones to free up some space on my desktop. So I went to the "program and functionality" menu of windows, expecting to find 5 different widelands build. But I only found one, the most recent. Uninstaling it would likely uninstall all of them. So how do I uninstall an old build? can i just delete the folder and be done with it or there are additional complications?

Have you created a new start menu folder for each of the different wl builds? If so there should be uninstall links. But I don't know if they are the same for each build.

Concerning the deletion of the folders I'd say that shouldn't be a problem.

There should be a "uninstall.exe" in each folder?

Currently I only have one build on this PC. And there is a unins000.exe and unins000.dat in the installation folder. Executing the unins000.exe should do it.

It should work, but next time leave a shortcut to menu folder face-wink.png

I have something like "start -> games -> wideladsXYZ" for every trunk build on Windows. face-smile.png Then I can play any version I want (or other player wants)

I also do that, but set the install to folders the same as well ... it means I always know where my stuff is.
