Since we're getting closed to squashing the final bugs, it would be nice to have some good screenshots and maybe to cut a promotional video too.

So, anybody who has pretty screenshots or good-looking savegames of a recent trunk, please share face-smile.png

Regrettably, all I have is a picture of the horsepocalypse.

On an unrelated note, if this hasn't been fixed, then for the next round we may want to limit how many units flee a destroyed warehouse, with each horse (or whatever) representing 2 (or more!) horses if needed. Otherwise, the game lags. Badly.

That screenshot is hilarious :). Do you know how many horses that where?

Probably several thousand; it was at the end of a 1v7 game against AIs, and that was the last warehouse of the strongest CPU, who had virtually all game to breed lots of horses.

And while they were on-screen, Widelands was running at something like 0.3 FPS, hence my suggestion.

I've seen even more horses, at the end of a 120-hours game. my pc got stuck for 5 minutes when i destroied that warehouse. I may still have the saved game, but it was made with one rev version, so it cannot be opened now.

I have plenty of screenshots, but most of them I took for bug reports, and vitually all of them have some statistic window or another opened. Among them what I call "the big AI screwup", a traffic jam that grew for 30 hours and filled 7 screens.

We won't need a savegame to fill a warehouse with horses. I can hack the starting conditions for that, set the AI to "None" and pwn it face-smile.png

I have added screenshots to showcase the new features that we will have in Build 19.

Please let me know if I have missed anything.

Hi.

Some of the shown maps aren't new face-wink.png they are just updatet to fit with terrain affinity. Maybe a (some) forested mountain screenshots from topic https://wl.widelands.org/forum/topic/1850/ could be used?

Well, it was very hard to review, because you didn't use bzr move on the directories. Can you give me an exact list for which maps were added and removed for the changelog?

We should also showcase the new Barbarian building graphics, and a better Seafaring screenshot would be nice. New worker icons.
