Topic: Shipyard stuck at 50%

Why might a shipyard stick at 50%? I am playing version 18 on Linux. I am playing as Empire. I have built ports and a shipyard. The shipyard is complete and fully stocked and has a shipwright. But the building says 50%. Any ideas? Top Quote |

It is displaying 50% as if it is 50% of the way toward building a boat. Is there a guide to using ports, shipyards and ships? Top Quote |

If it is fully stocked and has a shipwright, I don't know what the problem is. Can you give us a savegame, and tell us which Widelands version you are using? Busy indexing nil values Top Quote |

Sorted it! I had built roads right round it. I deleted one, and the shipwright came out and started building the boat. Sadly, I've already killed my opponents, so I can't use against them in any way, but at least I will soon have a boat. Now all I need to do, is work out what to do with it. Top Quote |

You need a port and to start an expedition in it. Then you can use your ship to look for another port space. Busy indexing nil values Top Quote |
