While working on the help files, I noticed that the goldweaver doesn't produce cloth, but yarn. Yarn is generally produced by spinners, and not by weavers. Shall we rename the worker to "Goldspinner"?

Yes, I know this sounds funny to Germans face-tongue.png

The building could be Goldspinnery, Gold Spinning Works or Gold Spinning Mill. "spinning works" wins the googlefight hands down, so I'd vote for "Gold Spinning Works".

Since nobody seems to have an opinion on this, I will go ahead.

Helmets are used to train health. I have some trouble translating the sentence in tribes/barbarians/helm/conf -- Does the combination of words make sense in English?

A helmet is a basic tool to protect warriors. It is produced in the helm smithy and used in the training camp - together with food - to train soldiers from health level 0 to level 1.

I am no English native speaker, but the sentence is at least understandable. "health level" is a composite noun. Soldiers are trained from level 0 to level 1 in the category "health". Is that the combination you had problems with?

I guess that "Health" is our version of the maximum value of hitpoints (opposed to current value, which would unarguably be "health". Hitpoints are recovered when the soldier is idle at a military site, while health is trained in the Trainingscamp. Or am I mistaken?

Just reading the definition of "health" from Wiktionary and Webster's, we would be stretching that word. However, in the context of computer games, this might be normal use. I do not play too many games and might not know.

We originally had a mix of "hitpoints" "health" and "health points" across the software, depending on which string you were in. After some discussion, we settled for "health". So, it works exactly the same as hitpoints in other games.

You could translate this as "increase your health" or "add to maximum health" in this string, if it's causing problems the way it is.

I have missed this. Thanks for the clarification.
