I can't remember translating a button "configure economy" and my search tool agrees that I didn't. Does this game tip need rephrasing? Busy indexing nil values

It appears you actually have translated it (under the "widelands" template). Where's the problem?

When you click on any flag the action window opens. This includes a button to configure the economy options. And the tooltip for this button is exactly 'Configure economy'. So I'd say the game tip is correct.

Thanks! I have no idea why I couldn't find my translation of the tooltip, Launchpad indeed has it. Busy indexing nil values
