Trading outposts clearly favor barbarians. What about putting trading outposts of the other tribes on an equal level? At the other hand I'm wondering if it's sane that the barbarian trading outpost more or less turns warehouses into producing buildings.

Maybe it could also be interesting to make the trading outposts then even stronger? That would be helpful for the AI.

Since this is aimed at the AI as well as rookie players, I'd be OK with making the other tribes stronger to match the Barbarians.
