right now, a fish breeder that cannot work always return the same message, "can't find any more resources", whether it has no fish in its radius, or it is full of fish everywhere. I think it would be better to differentiate those messages; I found myself playing with atlanteans and trying to build fisheries on an already heavily fished area, so I had to find the few remaining fishes. If I made fisheries first, I risked exhausting those few fishes still there, at which point I would be unable to make new ones, but fish breeders were no help in determining the location of fishes. If easy enough to do, it would help to have different messages for "can't find any more fish to breed" or "can't add any more fish to those already there"
